The cards have been developed over three years to a world class standard, as confirmed by numerous card experts from sales overseas.  The board used in manufacture of the card is produced by a Swedish paper mill specifically for casino cards.  It consists of three layers; the outside layers are white, and the middle of the sandwich is black.  This ensures opacity.  The varnish used has been developed to provide the right feel and slide; the cards shuffle well and handle with the correct “slip”.  There have been cards in regular use for more than two years that have worn well.

The deck of 55 cards consists of 52 playing cards, two jokers and an informative Card 55.
They are sealed in a clear disposable packet, and packed in a modern and convenient plastic case.

The card dimension is 62 x 88mm.  The die was custom manufactured in Germany.
Two decks of cards are die-cut in a single stroke of the ram punch.
